HEALTHCARE EXPERTISE
PHILOSOPHY TO ART SELECTION FOR HEALTHCARE FACILITIES
Wilkins
Art Associates begins each project with an in-depth needs assessment and study
of the institution’s image, demographics of the community using the
facility, interests of the client and users, and the purpose of the art selections.
Keeping the mission and goals of the client in mind we develop themes and
the conceptual framework for artwork. A comfortable collaborative process
is utilized to achieve the best results.
Once the themes and scope of the project have been established through decisions
with the client, we work with the designer and the architectural firm to further
define parameters for the art selections reviewing types of artwork and site
specific information. We continually explore a wide range of artistic media
to capture the attention of viewers: patients, staff and visitors.
Original artworks help to create a special environment that clearly demonstrates
-
“This institution cares about excellence and values your well-being.”
